Lots of you have aspirations of being MMA fighters. The rest of you have seen videos like these and wish you could unsee them. Draining ‘cauliflower ear’ videos have been making people regurgitate their lunch for years. Even I had to do it when I wrestled in high school and college. It’s a sad reality for people too stubborn to use headgear in training. Today, we plan on grossing you out again, but this time, it’s the elbow variety of drainage, and it’s Phillipe Nover doing the draining following his fight in Bellator last week, a fight that his elbow thinks he won 29-28, but it’s sad his elbow wasn’t judging the fight. Disclaimer: Phillipe is a registered nurse, and you shouldn’t go looking for needles to drain yourselves of whatever abscess you can find on your body. Can’t believe we actually have to tell you that, but we just did anyway.
