Dana White has been getting a lot of attention recently after sharing an image of himself shirtless and looking particularly ripped at the gym.
White, 53, recently revealed that he had taken part in a blood and DNA test that claimed he has just over 10 years left to live. While the process has become increasingly popular, there is no evidence to suggest that the estimated time of death is accurate. However, it appears that Dana White has taken the measurement of his remaining years seriously, prompting the UFC boss to take action.
In a video posted on Instagram, White detailed his quick turnaround over the last 10 weeks and included an image of himself looking to be in top physical form.
Paulo Costa Suggests His ‘Secret Juice’ is Responsible For Dana White Transformation
While many fans and fighters have reacted to the image, one UFC fighter is taking credit for Dana White’s transformation, albeit jokingly. No. 6 ranked middleweight Paulo Costa is known for having one of the best bodies in mixed martial arts. As of late, the former title challenger has been carrying a bottle of liquid with ‘Secret Juice’ on the label, suggesting that it is the key to his physical transformation.
Costa took it upon himself to Photoshop a bottle of his famous fluid into the hands of Dana White.

Paulo Costa was last seen inside the Octagon at UFC 278 in August. He faced the returning Strikeforce and UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold in a bizarrely entertaining bout that saw ‘The Eraser’ capture a unanimous decision victory. The win snapped a two-fight losing streak against middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and ‘The Italian Dream’ Marvin Vettori.
Since then, Costa has been heavily rumored to mix it up with undefeated Chechnya wrestler Khamzat Chimaev, but neither fighter nor the UFC has made an official announcement regarding the potential meeting.
