The craziest thing about UFC on Versus is not Kongo vs. Buentello, Bones vs. Vera, Gonzaga vs. Dos Santos, Doomsday vs. Rumble Johnson or The Janitor vs. Eliot Marshall. Not at all. It’s the fact that if you have DirecTV…none of these bouts mean anything to you. ZUFFA scheduled one of the most stacked UFC cards in history on a channel that still holds high-school drama against DirecTV. Actually, we’re not sure who’s at fault here (although DirecTV says it’s all Comcast’s fault). Regardless, of who will be able to see him on March 21st, Paul Buentello has relocated to the top of a friggin mountain and isolated himself in a small shack solely to train for Cheick Kongo.
