It did not take long for Paddy Pimblett to respond to a former champion.
On a recent episode of Brendan Schaub’s podcast, The Schaub Show, he and his guest T.J Dillashaw criticized the UFC’s newest superstar’s out-of-training camp body.
While Schaub went kind of easy on ‘The Baddy,’ saying gaining so much weight will catch up to him later in his career, Dillashaw let him have it.
“He’s loving diabetes. Bro, that’s like a recipe for just destroying your body”
“If he keeps that same work ethic that he has now, it will never be achieved. Ya know what I mean? You can’t have that downtime like that, you can’t get that fat. You can’t be all out of shape. It just kind of proves like the dedication to what you need to do.”
Pimblett responded two days later and shined the mirror right back at the former champion.
“Is this fella messin? @TJDillashaw used to sell tee shirts with his fat face on it saying “fat Tyler” on when he came out of camp. Don’t forget ur own past u sausage Cheating little juice head wud never have won a belt without them steroids u fucking mushroom,” Pimblett wrote.
Pimblett is referencing Dillashaw’s two year-suspension from MMA due to EPO.
Pimblett returns to action when the UFC goes back to London next month. He faces Jordan Leavitt in his third UFC fight.
Dillashaw, on the other hand, is just waiting on a date, as he is facing Aljamain Sterling next for the bantamweight title. Dillashaw never lost his title, he vacated it once he was suspended.
