Oh wow, Frank Mir vs. Daniel Cormier is going down in Strikeforce

Since I’ve already spent most of the week watching old episodes of Jesse Ventura’s ‘Conspiracy Theory,’ I feel obligated to manifest my own theory since I don’t want to be the only one left out in the Tin Foil Hat Club. Tang was created by the Mars Company and it was also used by NASA in early space exploration. Alright, in the industry we call that a ‘loose’ conspiracy theory since, well, it’s pretty horrible. The second conspiracy theory may have a tad more merit then that previous abortion of an idea. Frank Mir moving to Strikeforce to take on Daniel Cormier is in exchange for Gilbert Melendez to leave the Strikeforce lightweight division to take on the winner of Ben Henderson vs. Frankie Edgar. Nah, that’s a horrible conspiracy theory. Damn, I’m not good at this.

On the Road to the UFC, that voyage will be met with endless ‘Detour’ signs if you’re from Strikeforce. However, going the other way on that two-lane highway seems to be just a little bit easier. John Morgan from USA Today confirmed that Daniel Cormier will meet Frank Mir inside the hexagon at a soon-to-be-announced Strikeforce card in late October. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it. Just be sure to pass it to Nick Diaz after you’re done.
