It comforts me to know that out there, somewhere, Jens Pulver is hunched over playing on a really, really nice gaming PC. He’s probably just as excited as I am about the Steam Summer Sale that launched today. I mean, Portal 2 for $5? Yes please. Oh – you want Total War: Shogun 2 and all the expansion unit packs for 75% off? Yeah, yeah I do, and I bet Jens does too. God I love the Steam Summer Sale, and today gets even better – ONE FC has announced that Lil Evil and Andrei Arlovski will be traveling to the Philippines to battle thus far unannounced opponents at ONE FC 5. Awesome. Let’s not forget what happened the last time Jens Pulver was allowed to soccer kick.
The August 31st event will also include Shinya Aoki and Bibiano Fernandes’ debuts for the promotion, as well as a returning and always rawsome Babalu Sobral. Cards like this almost make me not miss Dream. Almost.
