Nazim Sadykhov has put the first fight marker on UFC 334 at Madison Square Garden, announcing a lightweight matchup with Jefferson Nascimento for November 14 in New York.
Sadykhov posted the booking on Instagram, making the matchup public while the UFC 334 event page still lists the main event as TBD.
The pairing gives Sadykhov a quick chance to stabilize his run after a rough two-fight slide. He enters at 11-3-1 overall, and his most recent appearance ended when Matheus Camilo stopped him at UFC Baku in June.
Sadykhov Gets A New York Reset Against Nascimento
Nascimento is 13-1 as a professional and also comes off the UFC Baku card. His promotional debut ended with Tahir Abdullayev finishing him in the third round, so both lightweights arrive in New York looking to turn a June setback into a cleaner second half of 2026.
The Madison Square Garden placement matters for Sadykhov, who has long been tied to the New York fight scene through Longo-Weidman MMA. UFC 334 is scheduled as the promotion’s annual fall return to the arena, and this booking gives the card its first publicly identified bout.
The UFC has not yet announced a headliner for the November pay-per-view. Sadykhov and Nascimento now give the lineup an early lightweight piece while the promotion continues filling out the rest of the New York card.
