After competing under the UFC and Bellator banners for eight years, Henderson made his Karate Combat debut last year for a long-awaited trilogy fight with Anthony Pettis. ‘Showtime’ came out on top, scoring a unanimous decision to take the series 2-1.
Henderson will face Chris Avila in his boxing debut—a former mixed martial artist who has found success in the squared circle over the last couple of years. Avila has won six straight fights and has competed at multiple Misfits events. He is often featured on the undercard of Jake Paul’s fights.
