Nate Diaz believes if his title fight against Ben Henderson goes to a decision, he probably won’t win

The title of this article is Nate Diaz implying that if his UFC on FOX lightweight title fight against Ben Henderson goes to a decision, the judges will probably not give him the nod despite the outcome of the fight. The title of the following Inside MMA video on YouTube is ‘Why Nate Diaz Will Lose to Bendo‘ — and (at the time of writing this article) it has received 131 dislikes and only 95 likes. Don’t be so hard on the guy at Inside MMA that uploaded this video. Perhaps they have some prophetic ability to peer into the future and see exactly how Nate Diaz vs. Ben Henderson will pan out. If not some metaphysical ability, they may be in possession of an actual Magic 8-Ball that can foretell events that have yet occurred in this timeline. Of course, the law of parsimony states that entities should not be multiplied endlessly, which dictates the explanation with the least amount of unprovable assumptions is probably the correct one. Therefore someone in the Inside MMA offices sincerely believes that titling this YouTube video ‘Why Nate Diaz Will Lose to Bendo’ will warrant more views, regardless of the negative ramifications that will come from the viewers. In the scientific world, we call that ‘a troll job’ — and a damn good one at that.

Last night, Bas Rutten and Kenny Rice took a digital visit to Lodi, California to catch up with Nate Diaz in-between his training sessions at Gracie Fighter. When the issue of his title fight going to the judges was discussed, Nate Diaz stated that he probably won’t get the decision. We’re assuming he’s referencing what occurred during his brother’s fight against Carlos Condit. 1,2,5 — anyone?
