Holy shit. What a crazy night for a card that didn’t exist. This is one of those cards like UFC Sioux Falls where a lot of people sleep on it and it becomes an awesome punch face time had by all. Greg Jackson has some sort of fountain of youth hidden in his garage or something, or maybe it Penn finally doing what everyone said for so long: Finally joining a super elite camp.
BJ didn't look good on the scale, hoping that this doesn't end up like his fight against Edgar. #UFCManila

A lot of people were worried for BJ Penn after he looked gaunt at the weigh-ins, but when he walked into the Octagon against Ricardo Lamas it was like he was a new man. Penn came running at Lamas like a mad man, something he didn’t expect at all. If Penn was going to retire for the 8th time, he was going to leave it all out there. Lamas got rocked early and it looked like we may get another Caol Uno highlight on our hands. Lamas went for a takedown to stop the damage and Penn choked him with only a minute left in the 1st round. Things. Got. Nuts.
LETS GO BJ PENN

Penn, just like Cole Miller did earlier in the night, called out Conor McGregor. He said he wanted to hold 3 belts but Aldo is being a bitch, so he’ll take the Lightweight title again from McGregor if he wins, or if he loses he’ll just beat his ass for no belt.
@JustBleedMMA hell of a card today. One of those that ends up being better than it looked on paper. #WARPENN

See the full results below:
B.J. Penn submitted Ricardo via RNC Lamas in round 1.
Derrick Lewis KOed Marcin Tybura in round 2. Then he said he wanted to fight Brock Lesnar’s “big white ass” next. When reminded he already had a fight with Shamil Abdurakhimovm, Lewis said he didn’t accept that fight because he doesn’t believe that is a real person.
Yao Zhikui def. Jenel Lausa by unanimous decision.
Cole Miller submitted Mizuto Hirota via armbar in round 3.
All of the preliminary fighters besides Kyoji Horiguchi had their passports taken away and couldn’t appear on the card. Horiguchi eradicated Bagautinov, knocking him out in 20 seconds of the first round to an insane ovation.
