It’s common to see UFC opponents engage in some trash talk or feign a pre-fight brawl during their weigh-in, but welterweight slugger “Platinum” Mike Perry took things to comically new heights at UFC On Fox 28 weigh-ins on Friday.
After a traditional faced off between the two men, Perry attempted to dack opponent Max Griffin; the move also catches the attention of commentators, who called it, “the first pantsing in UFC weigh-in history.”

Thankfully Griffin’s reflexes were on song, and he was able to move away from Perry to avoid being embarrassed in front of the crowd.

Max Griffin and Mike Perry will square off in a welterweight match at tonight’s UFC Fight Night, which begins Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in Orlando with bouts airing on UFC’s Fight Pass streaming service and Fox.
So that was kind of fun.
