Mike Dolce says Rampage Jackson used to hide candy bars in his pillows

So the UFC sent over a complimentary kit of the UFC Fit program just so I can talk about it on MiddleEasy — so here it is. I’m talking about it. I’m also talking about $500,000 in unmarked bills — but the UFC has never sent that over, yet. UFC Fit is designed by Mike Dolce to be the end-all fitness program for every soccer mom and young up-and-coming MMA talent out there. Somewhere in between those two descriptions I fit in. Unfortunately in Mike Dolce’s dietary guide that comes with the kit, he doesn’t account for veganism. Literally the second food suggested in his guide is a giant chunk of cheddar cheese. That’s where the ‘Dolce Diet’ and ‘The China Study’ clash. Mike, you’re cool — you have a nice shaved head and all. However, when it comes to dietary nutrition, I’m trusting the dude that has an MD and spent thirty years conducting the largest study of nutrition in human history.

With all of that said, I’ll try this UFC Fit kit and then relay the results back to you in the form of my shredding abs cutting time and space. Another thing I won’t do is hide candy bars inside my pillows, like Mike Dolce accusing Rampage Jackson of doing in this interview.
