It was a grueling battle with back and forth action but at the end of the day Miesha Tate finally gained exactly what she has been searching for through all these years: The UFC Championship belt.
After many battles with Ronda Rousey and coming short, Tate’s durability proved too much for Holly Holm and Tate choked her out cold at the close of the last round after finally landing another takedown.
