Chael Sonnen is probably considered by most to be the best s@#$ talker in all of MMA. Chael is such a good S@#$ talker he even convinces himself that the stories he is selling are true. Crap talk is a fine art, not everyone can do it. In order to be a quality talker of that four letter word referring to fecal matter-crap talking has to have three qualities.
First it needs to be seemingly unrelenting and infinite. You need to be able to ramble on and on without really giving the person a chance to respond. the more you run your mouth, the more it should make the other person want to run away just to escape your incessant babbling. Second it needs to be truly insulting. Be it via juevnile jokes about your wife, mother or girlfriend or via digs at your intelligence or talent-it really has to hurt. You’ve got to say things that make the other person envision kicking the mouth off your face in order to get you to shut up. Third it has to display uber levels of egomania. You’ve got to make yourself out to be the T-Rex in a world of geckos.
