We aren’t an MMA site by any means but with GLORY putting on DREAM 18/GLORY 4, we might as well inform you of the whole card as opposed to just the kickboxing portion as it’s sure to draw some interest on the MMA side of things as well.
Today in Japan, a press conference was held for DREAM 18/GLORY 4 and two fights were announced. Melvin Manhoef will fight Denis Kang in a middleweight bout, and Bibiano Fernandes fights Yoshiro Maeda (pictured, right) at bantamweight.
Manhoef will obviously be familiar to many kickboxing fans, as he’s fought in K-1 and It’s Showtime a lot and is one of the sport’s more popular fighters. Manhoef has been doing MMA a lot more than kickboxing lately and he’s 2-0-1 in 2012, coming off two wins in a row.
