This fight had the ingredients of an all-time classic. Nakanishi, the DEEP light heavyweight champion does not back down from a gun fight and was totally willing to trade blow for blow with Melvin Manhoef, one of the most vicious strikers in MMA and for around two minutes that’s what we seen. Manhoef fought like he always does and at one point the whole chat room screamed, thinking that a kick had taken Nakanishi’s head clean off. Then the worst possible outcome unfolded in front of our eyes. Melvin Manhoef’s shin exploded, with the wound looking like some sort of Hollywood zombie make-up.
