Ali Abdelaziz Says Justin Gaethje Would Slaughter Conor Mcgregor

All the top contenders who wanted a piece of former UFC champion Conor Mcgregor already have their respective fights booked. Current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is expected to defend his title against Dustin Poirier this September, Donald Cerrone vs. Tony Ferguson to throw down at UFC 238 next month and Nate Diaz vs. Anthony Pettis to clash in a welterweight contest at UFC 240 in July.

So who’s left to welcome Mcgregor back to the Octagon. It’s none other than former World Series Of Fighting (WSOF) lightweight champ Justin Gaethje who’s manager Ali Abdelaziz recently spoke to MMAJunkie and discussed if this fight comes to materialize how things will play out. Ali also said ‘The Highlight’ is a killer and Mcgregor would have a tough time in this fight.

“If Justin Gaethje will fight Conor McGregor, it’s like slaughtering a pig, and he’s going to squeal, and he’s going to be all red and blue on Monday night,” Abdelaziz said. “His legs will be like a rainbow color. His face would be like a watermelon, black and red,” he added. “We’ll give this white boy some color. We’ll give him a bloody tan. Justin Gaethje would eat his heart alive.”

Mcgregor hasn’t fought since getting a submission loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 last October.

UFC head honcho Dana White recently revealed that Mcgregor would return to Octagon as early as this summer. However, it’s unknown who Mcgregor will face upon his return. Mcgregor previously linked to fighting Donald Cerrone however things fell sideways. According to Ali if given enough time Justin Gaethje will be an epic matchup for Mcgregor.
