Despite 2pac and Biggie taking Ls for their involvement in that whole East coast/West coast beef that happened in the 90s (and made hip-hop rawesome), M-1 Global feels the hip-hop industry needs a boost. Tomorrow, M-1 will revive the the West coast vs. East coast feud that led to me spending nearly $300 worth of Deathrow Records albums. Except this time we won’t have diss tapes and comeback videos. Instead, they’ve been replaced with overhand rights and hard shin kicks. Team USA West will bang against Team USA East in the M-1 Global Semi-Finals. If you’ve been following the M-1 Global Challenge this summer (and if you haven’t, there’s absolute no reason…just drop Dish Network and get DirecTV already) then you’ve been treated to your fair share of KOs, armbars and our dude, Apocalypto extra, Eduardo Pamplona. We’re still waiting for M-1 Global to contact us so we can give you guys some of those sick M-1 Challenge shirts (which will probably be never).
