LOL. Amir Khan says he’d only need six months of MMA training to prep for a Conor McGregor fight

Amir Khan is a madman. Less than two months after getting brutally knocked out by Canelo Alvarez live on HBO, Khan is once again talking about crossing over into the UFC. Khan you so crazy.

And apparently Khan has been reading archived MMA forums from around 2000-2003 because he thinks all he needs is six month of training in a cage to be fully prepped for a MMA fight with Conor McGregor. I mean the UFC once flung brown sacks of cash at boxer James Toney to get beat up in the cage, so why not roll an under-trained freshly KO’d Amir Kahn into the cage with Conor McGregor?

Boxing Scene with the money Khan quote

“I think a Conor McGregor fight would be massive. It would be a full MMA fight as I’m not scared of him. But listen I would need six months to train MMA fully and I will spend every day in the cage until I am bang on,” Khan said.

“He is a great fighter and I’m not saying I want to fight him because I don’t like him, it’s because he’s the best fighter and the biggest name.”

“Six months of sprawl training” Amir Khan coming to a cage near you?
