I’m beginning to wonder if the Adidas design team has been popping mollys like Trinidad James before they go into their new design brainstorming sessions and then slipping a few into the water bottles of whomever approves the new designs for production. Some of the most recent designs are even worse than those black and gold lamé atrocities Dethrone designed for Josh Koscheck back in 2010. First they released those absolutely horrible rubber shackle shoes that were so bad Jesse Jackson even released a public statement about them and they were eventually pulled from the market. Now there’s some atrocious winged shoes Ariel Helwani has been rocking at the pre UFC on FOX press events all week. I’m sorry Ariel, normally I really dig your suit and tie with some fly brightly colored sneakers ensembles, but I have to agree with Rampage-I just can’t get down with the winged shoes.
