Kyle Forgeard thinks Dana White isn’t getting enough credit for Donald Trump’s shocking re-election.

For those under 40, Forgeard co-founded The Nelk Boys, a group of Canadian-American YouTubers originally known for their prank videos. Today, they are best known for pushing their right-wing views on people and tooling around with the UFC CEO.

White and the Nelk Boys had a lot to celebrate last week after Trump gained re-election by a veritable landslide despite threatening the mass deportation of immigrants and aiming to strip away the rights of women and the LGBTQ community.

Speaking with Jesse Watters on FOX News, Forgeard was little concerned with the death of democracy and instead insisted that Dana White be given more credit for Trump’s success on election day.

“I’ve been watching the news and I think a lot of people are taking credit,” Forgeard said regarding the election. “And credit has been given out to different people.”

“I’ve been there since kind of the beginning of this whole podcast journey, and I think one person that doesn’t get enough credit—and [who] the real credit needs to go to—is Dana White. I mean, he set this entire path up for Trump to kind of really connect with the youth and it started with us. I know firsthand because in March 2022 Trump had never been on a podcast.”

Forgeard Believes Trump’s Appearances on Joe Rogan and the Nelk Boys Podcasts Swung Votes in His Favor

During Trump’s re-election campaign, he made appearances on some of the web’s most popular podcasts, including The Joe Rogan Experience and you guessed it the Nelk Boys. Trump’s appearance on both racked up tens of millions of views leading Forgeard to believe that those appearances are what made the difference on election night.

And who encouraged Trump to make those appearances? Dana White, of course.

“Dana was actually the one that called Trump and said, ‘Donald Trump, you need to go on this podcast, the Nelk Boys podcast.’

“And Trump had never heard of the Nelk Boys. He said, ‘Who the hell are the Nelk Boy?’ He never even heard of a podcast. But, after he did ours, it got 12 million views in 24 hours and I think that really opened up his eyes to the whole world of podcasting. Yeah, I think Dana White doesn’t get enough credit… I think Dana made the [Joe] Rogan thing happen, too. That was the cherry on top.”
