DEEP 53 is panning out to be a exciting event. Headlining the event, Kaz Misaki will face Akira Shoji and Satoru Kitaoka will face Seichi Ikemoto. This will be Akira Shoji’s final fight as he gets a rematch with Misaki, who dismantled him in their first meeting back at DEEP 23. Shoji himself stated he did not want an easy fight and wanted the fight to end in kaishaku, a Japanese suicide ritual.
DEEP 53 also marks the return of Katsuaki Furuki who you may remember from Dynamite!! 2010 where he went the distance with Andy Ologun. DEEP 53 will take place April 22nd at Korakuen Hall.
