Kick streamer Adin Ross got far more than he bargained for when he stopped by Khabib Nurmagomedov’s gym in New York City, where Islam Makhachev is finishing preparations for UFC 322. What started as a fun visit turned into a workout that left Ross clearly out of his depth.

Ross arrived in his usual flashy style, wearing pink shorts and holding his phone to stream the experience live. The moment he approached Khabib, the UFC legend cut straight to the point.

“Who are you?” Khabib asked bluntly after Ross greeted him. When Ross explained he was invited by Ali Abdelaziz, Khabib responded, “He’s not the boss here. Why you never ask?”

Chaos in the Gym

Despite the awkward start, Khabib allowed Ross to join the group warm-up. Things got tense quickly as the fighters questioned Ross’s phone use during training.

Makhachev joked, “You calling police or what?” while Khabib told the camera, “Streamer today gonna be screamer,” prompting laughs from everyone watching.

Ross soon realized that Dagestani training is no joke. Struggling through basic stretches and drills, he was called out repeatedly by the team. His choice of pink shorts didn’t help either — fighters told him it was a “no-go” and urged him to change.

Grappling Reality Check

Before being asked to leave, Ross got into a light grappling match with Ali Abdelaziz, a former MMA fighter turned manager. Abdelaziz quickly took him down and submitted him several times, showing the streamer firsthand what elite-level control feels like.

Former two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier was also present, giving Ross a glimpse of high-level wrestling as the training wrapped up.

Though visibly exhausted and humbled, Ross remained respectful. Before leaving, he thanked Khabib and the team, saying it was an “honor” to meet them. The fighters allowed him to take a photo, but not before reminding him to ditch the pink shorts next time.

Ross later uploaded the 37-minute video of his gym visit to his YouTube channel, where it quickly surpassed 100,000 views, offering fans an entertaining look at how even the boldest personalities get humbled in Khabib Nurmagomedov’s gym.
