We don’t usually get to see MMA fighters use pro wrestling-like moves inside the Octagon very often, but that’s exactly what unfolded on Friday night at LFA 33.
Kevin Wirth, aptly nicknamed “Mr. Nice Guy”, broke out a nifty third-round head kick finish that would make WWE legend Shawn Michaels proud, wrecking Isaiah Gutierrez in the third round of their matchup, with a strike that was nearly identical to the “Sweet Chin Music” signature move that Michaels made famous as a professional wrestler.
Wirth cracked Gutierrez with the ‘superkick’ and then finished with a few more shots on the mat to move his record to a perfect 5-0.
