I knew it, French Canadians are simply incapable of doing handstand push-ups. They lack the extra bone in their wrist that allows Americans to do them with ease. Genetic variations in cultures dictates one’s aptitude to elevate one’s body above the ground by a few inches while inverted. At least, that’s what I’ve been told ever since I was a kid. Also, a rich diet of poutine forces the cardiovascular system to dilate while upside down, rendering one’s elbows to temporarily deteriorate, preventing French Canadians from doing handstand push-ups. If you don’t believe me, check out this video of Georges St. Pierre attempting to do one. [Source]
