Someone forgot to ask Josh if he will ever bring the streak in his hair back, but that’s OK I guess. But the next time someone shoves a camera in his face, it has to be be asked. It’s an important thing to know. Josh went, like, 16-2 with the streak in the hair, so maybe he should try it again for his upcoming title push in the UFC (after TJ Grant gets his shot). Either that, or it should be in EA UFC as Josh Thomson’s alternate costume, adding +5 Punk to Thomson’s skillset. Throwback Josh in the Strikeforce game mode. Yeah, that would be cool. But another fight I want to make as soon as I get my hands on EA UFC is Ben Henderson vs. Thomson. I think Josh has a point in this interview shot by Layzie; Josh matches up well with Ben, real well. And if we don’t get to see Josh vs. Ben, then I’m perfectly fine seeing Josh vs. Gilbert IV. Just as long as it’s on Cain vs. JDS III and Bones/Machida II with the main card opener being the first time a pair of people have fought. Maybe GSP vs. Hendricks. My matchmaking skills are interchangeable with my ancient Roman numeral riddles solved by Indiana Jones referencing skills, whatever that means, but looking at that card, I think that could sell out Cowboy Stadium.
