Jorge Masvidal has gone all guns blazing on Conor McGregor.

As of now, the biggest in UFC history went down in October 2018 when Khabib Nurmagomedov headlined against Conor McGregor at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. This could possibly be topped by only one existing fight on the cards, a clash between Jorge Masvidal and the biggest draw in the sport.

Jorge Masvidal doesn’t hold back in trashing Conor McGregor

In a recent appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Jorge Masvidal shared his thoughts on the possible matchup. While he acknowledged ‘The Notorious’ as a fighter, he detailed his personal distaste for the brash Irishman.

“You know as a competitor, he ain’t bad but as a person I can’t stand this f**king rat b**ch. It’s just like, give you an example, Khabib wins the belt, what does Conor do? Go and talk sh*t about him. Somebody at 205 would go and win a belt, he would go and talk sh*t about him.

“He just wants to stay relevant. Obviously, I’m still a hot topic while this b**ch ass is just f**king in his couch, f**king sniffing coke or whatever the f’**k he’s doing.”

Masvidal believes that McGregor won’t accept the fight and claimed he had turned it down in the past.

“He’s not going to fight. The UFC’s offered him this fight, as me and you (Ariel Helwani) both know this could be the biggest fight in UFC history. Why wouldn’t he want to cash in on that pay check? Cos he knows I’mma beat the f**k out of him.”

Masvidal in favor of open scoring

Amidst the recent controversy surrounding judging and officiating fights, many fighters and members of the community have come out with a call for an improved standard.

“I strongly believe there should be accountability because as much as the judging overall has improved there’s still some sh*t referees out there”

“I don’t think it’s fair to let these guys go without no accountability. There should be a commission, I know there’s “a commission” already but there should be a commission that like, ‘hey man, why did you do this, validate these points, why did you see opposed to everybody else.'”

Jorge Masvidal is currently ongoing a legal battle with Colby Covington after getting into an alleged physical altercation. As the second biggest draw in the sport, a bout against the biggest one in Conor McGregor could be likely.
