Jon Jones Coach Gives A Bold Prediction Of His Return And Opponent Name

Jon Jones’ coach Brandon Gibson gives an update despite lots of controversies surrounding him that he is returning by the end of 2018 and will face Daniel Cormier for Heavyweight title.

Last year, it was announced that the former UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones failed a drug test in the build-up to his UFC 214 fight with Daniel Cormier, which he won via a vicious third-round KO.

The test, which was conducted shortly after the UFC 214 weigh-ins, found traces of the banned anabolic steroid Turanibol in ‘Jon Bones Jones’ system.

Jones’ most recent anti-doping violation puzzled many in the MMA world as he passed all the random drug tests offered to him in the weeks leading up to his comeback fight.

As a result of that failed drug test, he has been stripped of the UFC light heavyweight title and removed from the official UFC rankings.

He has also been provisionally suspended by USADA pending a full investigation by the CAC (California Athletic Commission), and Cormier was restored as the champion of the light heavyweight division.

This second failed test threatened to permanently crash his MMA career, which has had its fair share of ups and downs.

Brandon “Six Gun” Gibson is the JacksonWink striking coach took to social media and not only predicted Jones’ next opponent, but when he will return to Octagon.

“Let’s give this another try – I predict we see Jones vs. DC 3 for the HW title Dec 29, 18.”

Currently, Daniel Cormier is slated to square off against heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 on July 7.

Let’s say if some miracle happens, UFC brass Dana White and promotion will also have to decide to trust Jones enough to give him another title shot upon his return. Which is something White has been hesitant of, calling him “unfixable” after being stripped of his title three straight times for various failed drug tests.

Do you think Jones coach know inside news or is he justing having fun?
