Congrats Affliction. Now all of those grungy angel wings finally mean something. Hopefully we’ll be able to buy a limited edition Jon Bones Jones signature ‘Jesus riding on the back of a dinosaur‘ shirt in the near future. If you thought God wasn’t a Jon Bones Jones fan, then you are rudely mistaken. On today’s UFC 128 conference call, Jon Bones mentioned that he plans to bring God into the cage at UFC 128, which just goes to show you that anyone can get a media credential to a UFC event. Just kidding, folks. However, if Bones Jones brings God into the cage at UFC 128, then it’s clear that he has a divinely unfair advantage going into March 19th and the athletic commission must look into this method of performance enhancing.
“I’ll be bringing God with me into the cage. If God wants me to win, I’ll win. If God wants me to lose, I’ll lose. It’s in his will and he’s relaxed because it’s already done”
Now that Jon Bones Jones is bringing God inside the cage with him, I guess we can all say goodbye to the phrase ‘The Evolution of the Fight Game’ and instead, have to adopt the theory that MMA was magically created with the flick of Dana White’s fingers.
