Johny Hendricks doesn’t think GSP is a very good matchmaker, does think that he’s an idiot

Johny Hendricks needs to come out and admit that he and Kimbo Slice share beard-grooming techniques while discussing how they can punch really hard. Until he admits to these secret rendezvous with Kimbo, or can prove that they aren’t happening, we will forever believe it. Secondly, while we’re on the subject, we must address Johny Hendricks’ PEB – Performance Enhancing Beard. Notice how the larger his beard gets, the more impressive Hendricks is getting in the Octagon? Listen, we aren’t saying, but we’re saying, OK?

While GSP is preparing for Nick Diaz at UFC 158, a mini welterweight tournament is going down at the same show with Condit/MacDonald II and Johny taking on Jake Ellenberger. If it were up to Johny, GSP would be across the cage from him and his beard, contemplating it’s perfect trim and fullness with a bit of fear, perhaps. Johny is pissed, to say the least, about how the Diaz title shot came about, and he expressed this last night on MMA Mania’s podcast.

“My reaction was like, ‘Really?! You’re an idiot.’ He said that Condit really did beat Nick Diaz, know what I’m saying? He said, ‘I’m fighting the true number one contender Carlos Condit,’ and now, he’s going backtracking and saying, ‘Well, I think [Hendricks] lost.’ Who cares? You don’t get to decide. He’s not a judge. He’s not a judge. He’s a fighter. He’s paid to fight and he’s paid to fight me. The fact that he was able to ask and get this request [to fight Diaz], the only thing this is, is it gives me more drive. It’s not like I didn’t have enough but what’s gonna happen is, whenever I look across the cage, he’s not going to see fear. He’s not gonna see anything. All I want to do is I want to fight him. I want to look across and see GSP and that might be something he’s not used to. I don’t know. I don’t know why he didn’t take the fight but I guess I wouldn’t want to fight me as well.”

Imagine Johny’s beard with TRT.
