Johnny Walker wasted no time in getting back to his fans after a devastating defeat.

The KO

The UFC Light Heavyweight contender would suffer a seriously bad knockout loss to Jamahal Hill in his second main event appearance. He’d be sent back with an explosive punch from Hill in round 1. The unconscious fighter would fall backwards, where Hill landed more shots on him on the canvas.

It took Walker a few minutes to recover and get back up. This would be his second loss in a row.

Walker Sends A Message

Despite the result and being 1-4 in his last five fights, Walker is in good spirits. He’d return to social media quickly rather than waiting long to respond to his latest loss.

“I’m OK,” Walker said in a Instagram video. “Just a little cut. I (go to) sleep in the fight, so something happened wrong. Let’s eat and be happy. And let’s go to the next one.”

“Congratulations Jamahal Hill,” Walker added. “I’ll be back as soon as possible. One little mistake and it’s all over. Thank you all for the support.

It is unclear where Johnny Walker will go from here. He might be on thin ice when it comes to still being on the UFC roster. No matter what happens, the Brazilian looks to bounce back, better than ever.
