Podcaster Joe Rogan shared that hippies, artists, musicians, and comedians reached out to thank him for endorsing President Trump before Election Day. On his show, “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Rogan told guest Josh Dubin that, while many artists may support Vice President Harris, they were glad he endorsed Trump since they felt they couldn’t say it openly.

“There’s a lot of people that don’t speak their mind. Do you know how many artists that have reached out to me that are, like, f–‑ing hippies, man, like artists, like musicians, comedians that thanked me for endorsing Trump because they can’t do it? They said they want to, but they don’t want to be attacked,” Rogan said.

Earlier in the show, Rogan said some people will pretend to support something even if they don’t really like it, just so no one gets mad at them.
“A lot of what people say, they say it because they don’t want people to attack them. They say it because they think that if they say it, it will clear them, they’ll be okay,” Rogan added.
Before the election, Rogan was in the news for talking with both Trump and rich guy Elon Musk. His chat with Trump got almost 40 million views on YouTube in just three days, as lots of young people watched. Rogan also interviewed Musk the day before the election, discussing the ad boycott on X after Musk bought it in 2022.
