Joe Rogan gave President-elect Donald Trump some advice for his next term, he told him not to be mean to the Democrats. Rogan was talking with comedian Dave Smith on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, and they were chatting about Trump’s next term as president. Rogan said it would be much better if Trump focused on making everyone get along, instead of picking fights with the Democrats.
Joe Rogan also talked about Tulsi Gabbard, who used to work in Hawaii and left the Democratic Party. Now, she’s supporting Donald Trump.
Tulsi Gabbard used to be a Democrat, but she decided to make a change and became an Independent in 2022. Later, in 2024, she joined the Republican Party. Before she worked in politics, she helped out as a soldier in the Hawaii Army National Guard. She went to Iraq from 2004 to 2005 to help people as a medic, and she also worked in Kuwait between 2008 and 2009 as a leader in the Military Police.
“Tulsi’s a good friend of mine. I love her, she’s great. She’s an awesome person… She served as a congresswoman for eight years, and the whole time, she was against the divide of right vs. left. She was always trying to be cool with everybody… She was deployed overseas in a medical unit.”
Rogan added:
“So she was helping people who were blown up during war… That’s why she got that crazy white streak in her hair. That all came from the stress of working overseas in a medical unit.”

Tulsi Gabbard talked about the special white streak in her hair and explained that it started when she went to Iraq for the first time. She said she decided to keep it because it reminds her of the tough parts of war and why it’s important to have peace in the world.
On Thursday’s episode, Joe Rogan shared his thoughts on what President-elect Donald Trump could do with the help of his supporters, like billionaire Elon Musk and former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard. Rogan got even more hopeful, saying that Trump has a real chance to make things better and do good for everyone. He believes that with the right people supporting him, Trump could really help the country.
But Rogan also had a little warning. He said that Trump needed to bring everyone together by not being mean to the Democrats. He mentioned that instead of fighting, Trump should try to make peace and help everyone get along.
