Even though some people like him and some don’t, Joe Rogan has always stayed true to himself. He runs his podcast with just two people, and he’s done this for over ten years. Joe does this so no big company can tell him what to do or change his show.

Joe Rogan has created some of the most honest and interesting conversations on his podcast. In a recent episode, he and comedian Dave Smith talked about an argument Dave had with Chris Cuomo from CNN. During a heated debate about vaccines, Cuomo accused Dave of being loud and trying to get more views for his podcast, suggesting Dave wasn’t being sincere. But Joe and Dave both said they never do things just for views. Joe even pointed out that his podcast is the No. 1 in the world, and he stays true to what he believes without focusing on views.

“They think that way. That’s why they’re accusing you of that. That’s a motivation for people that are in that industry. If you’re in the f**king industry of being a mouthpiece for network news, there’s a narrow window of behavior that you have to operate under.”

Rogan continued:

“There’s a culture [of] a way people think about that and this is your job. So you’re gonna do the things that you think are going to get you more ratings… That’s how you’re thinking. It’s the wrong way to think when you’re on the internet.”

In the end, Joe Rogan shows how important it is to stay true to yourself and not do things just to get more attention. He and comedian Dave Smith talked about how being honest is more important than chasing views. Joe’s message is clear, always be real, even when things get tricky.
