Joe Rogan Claims Conor McGregor Vs Donald Cerrone Is A “Done Deal”

Joe Rogan Calls The Fight Between Conor McGregor And Donald Cerrone A “Done Deal”

After his win over Alexander Hernandez at UFC on ESPN+1, Donald Cerrone challenged Conor McGregor for a fight. The Irishman accepted ‘Cowboy’s’ callout.

After reaching settlement with NSAC at the end of January, Conor was fined $50,000 and received a six-month suspension. It means the Irishman will be eligible for UFC return in April.

NSAC slapped the UFC Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov with 9 months of suspension and offered him a possibility to reduce the sentence if he completes an anti-bullying campaign.

But Khabib nixed the whole idea and trashed the state of Nevada. Nurmagomedov won’t fight until November. The undefeated Dagestani even believes UFC might create an Interim champion title match while he is absent.

During a UFC 234 media scrum UFC boss Dana White said he liked the idea of Conor McGregor fighting Donald “The Cowboy” Cerrone this summer.

White also stated Tony Ferguson should be the next in line for the current 170-pound title holder Khabib Nurmagomedov, but “Eagle’s” manager Ali Abdelaziz has some other ideas on his mind. Abdelaziz is interested in a “big money fight”, and claims “El Cucuy” is not an option because he could not sell the huge number of pay-per-view (PPV) buys.

Looking back at White’s statement, Donald Cerrone took to his Instagram and teased a UFC Interim title match against McGregor.

Joe Rogan spoke about McGregor Vs Cerrone fight in a recent episode on his podcast. The famous UFC commentator dropped a massive bomb with this statement! (h/t BJPenn)

“Conor-Cowboy is a done deal, as far as I know.” Joe Rogan stated.

The fight between Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone is not officially set yet. What do you think, will Conor and Cowboy square off in 2019?
