Jeff Monson pleads guilty to being friggin awesome

Apparently the judicial system just realized how rawesome Jeff Monson is. Unfortunately, they feel the need to punish him for it. Everyone remembers this infamous pic that was published in ESPN magazine of Jeff Monson tagging up a friggin capital building in Washington with an anarchy symbol. The government didnt think it was as cool as we all did so they’re trying to pin Jeff Monson to 90 days in prison and a $21,894 PITA fee. He’s going to be sentenced on October 1st but in the meantime they seized his passport because they feel Monson will just bounce out of America and never come back. The worst part about all of this is that he can’t fight in any of his three upcoming bouts, all of which are on foreign soil.

Quote of the day: When the prosecutor asked Jeff Monson to forfeit his passport, Monson replied with: “Are you going to support my family now?“.

Bummer that Jeff Monson is getting un-anarchyized by the establishment who he has vehemently been banging against for years. It seemed like just yesterday Jeff Monson was telling us that his name was in the runnings to fight Fedor. Sidenote: Next to understanding quantum physics, Jeff Monson is the hardest person to get a hold of. I’ve been trying to interview this guy to hear his theories on 9/11, Planet X and aliens but apparently it’s difficult to get a hold of someone who is a self-proclaimed anarchist. [Source]
