Watching Jacare Souza kick through Brunson’s block and still crushing Brunson’s equilibrium reminds you just how dangerous Jacare has been for the last eight years of his career. He’s been consistently fight the elite at 185 and has rarely found his match.

After his loss to current Middleweight champion Robert Whittaker, it seemed easy to write him off as over the hill. But seeing him calmly and methodically walk down a hurt Derek Brunson like Arnold Schwarzenegger striding up to finish off an injured victim makes you realize just how relevant Jacare Souza still is in 2018.
