And just like that, Jacare punched his ticket to the UFC in style. All it took was a couple of minutes, an illegal upkick by Ed Herman, and some jiu-jitsu by the guy who came to MMA because of his jiu-jitsu. In a perfect world, we’d be our own mascots and exercise unique animal gestures after all of our triumphs. That’s not the world we live in though… The rest of us just smile and frown accordingly. That’s cool. Not everyone has what it takes to be Jacare. It’s what makes him rawesome and the rest of us couch potatoes. We can’t wait to see what he does in the UFC, we hope it’s more crawling across the canvas like an alligator and doing the chomping thing with his arms. That never gets old.
