Who knows if Mike Kyle is actually punching the grappling dummy in the banner above. For all we know, he could be posing in a punching fashion for Esther Lin’s impressively expensive camera lens. This is the type of thing I want to know the truth about, peering behind the curtains of MMA marketing.
Maybe I’m just in an unusually paranoid mood? I’m knee deep in Game of Thrones and now I trust no one. Nothing is as it seems. Power struggles are forming in my apartment: my dog is playing an elaborate political game between myself and my wife in order to acquire more treats. I know this. I see it in his dark, beady eyes.
Lucky for us no games are being played when it comes to Gegard Mousasi and Mike Kyle throwing leather, they want the fight that was supposed to happen last April 9th to still go down, and Strikeforce looks to oblige them. MMAJunkie has spoken to Mousasi’s camp and it’s whatever, they are ready:
“It’s up to Strikeforce,” “Give us a date – we’ll be there.”
This looks to take place at a possible September 10th event, which will potentially include Jacare/Rockhold as well. I wonder what the Strikeforce 205 division will look like by then?
