Israel Adesanya has released footage of his live reaction to Alex Volkanovski’s win over Chan Sung Jung.

Volkanovski put the UFC Featherweight Championship at stake against the “Korean Zombie” on April 9. The title fight headlined UFC 273. The action was held inside the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.

This was a one-sided affair. Jung showed toughness just as expected but he had no answer for Volkanovski’s speed. Referee Herb Dean had seen enough early in the fourth round and stopped the fight. Volkanovski now has three successful title defenses on his resume.

Israel Adesanya Posts Reaction Video

One man who had his eyes glued to the TV was UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya. “The Last Stylebender” and Volkanovski are good friends and teammates.

In a new video posted on the “FREESTYLEBENDER” YouTube channel, Adesanya reacted to Volkanovski’s dominant performance over the “Korean Zombie.”

“He’s gonna get dropped, bro. I’m telling you. It’s gonna be bad! It’s gonna be bad.”

Adesanya sensed that Jung would soon be stopped despite his toughness.

“That’s why they call him the ‘Zombie’ bro. Eventually, ‘Zombie’s’ gotta die.”

Volkanovski feels the ball is in his court on what to do next. He isn’t ruling out a third fight with Max Holloway, which was the initial plan for UFC 273. With that said, “The Great” is also keeping an eye on the lightweight division.
