Is K-1 using UFC footage to sell their merchandise?

I almost hyper-extended my arm raising up the ‘WTF’ flag with this article. It appears that in Australia, the 2009 K-1 World Max 2009 Japan DVD is being marketed using footage of old UFC fights on the back of the DVD cover. Yeah, I’m not even sure what FEG is planning to achieve by using footage of a completely different combative sport on the product they’re providing to their customers. It’s safe to say that ZUFFA isn’t aware of this, and if they are — that’s one hell of a cross-promotion. MiddleEasy reader Jason J sent these pictures in of the discovery he came across in his local Australian DVD shop. It’s important to note that these are authentic K-1 products. These are not bootleg DVDs.
