Iron Hook Scroll Vol. 1: A man invented a sub series that works, so he’s not sweating it either

I wrote this late at night with a 7: 00 AM morning roll looming in the background  So, coherence is about all you’re going to get out, grapplers.  Many months ago, we were fortunate to come upon Adisa Banjoko and his Iron Hook – it’s a grip position from the guard leads to all sorts of gnarly subs, and it’s pretty damn workable.  We talked about it a few times (here, here and here) and the rest is history.

Adisa did us all a solid and laid it all down in an e-book, complete with pics and proper explanations.  We attached it here for you review and use.
