Many months ago, we were fortunate to come upon Adisa Banjoko and his Iron Hook – it’s a grip position from the guard leads to all sorts of gnarly subs, and it’s pretty damn workable. We talked about it a few times (here, here and here) and the rest is history.
Adisa did us all a solid and laid it all down in an e-book, complete with pics and proper explanations. We attached it here for you review and use.
