The MiddleEasy Ireland HQ decided to call up Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach and MMA star Aaron “The Joker” Chalmers to preview his upcoming fight against Ash Griffiths.
Aaron Chalmers is currently undefeated at (3-0). Chalmers made his MMA debut in May 2017 and pulled off an Americana submission in the first round against Greg Jenkins. Four months later, Chalmers went on to fight Alex Thompson in the SSE arena and knocked him out with wicked one-two combo just thirty seconds into the fight. In Chalmers last outing he took on fellow Englishman Karl “Shifty” Donaldson and pulled off another first round knockout.
Fast forward twelve months from making his MMA debut; Chalmers is set to fight on Bellator’s historic 200th card in London against Ash Griffiths on Friday night.
Due to London traffic; we could only talk for a few minutes but we managed to discuss what challenges Ash brings to the table, the news that Mirko Cro-Cop was injured & what the future holds for Aaron Chalmers.
