Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje and Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane got their first major White House spotlight as the UFC released official faceoff footage ahead of UFC Freedom 250.

The event is scheduled for June 14 in Washington, D.C., with the UFC promoting the card as a live Paramount+ broadcast. Topuria and Gaethje faced off for the lightweight title fight, while Pereira and Gane stood across from each other ahead of their interim heavyweight title matchup.

The UFC posted the Topuria vs. Gaethje faceoff with the message that the fight airs June 14 on Paramount+.

Topuria enters the fight at 17-0. He is the current UFC lightweight champion and a former UFC featherweight champion. His recent run includes championship wins over Alexander Volkanovski, Max Holloway, and Charles Oliveira, giving him one of the strongest active résumés in the sport. Topuria has also spoken recently about feeling sharper after his UFC 317 payday removed financial pressure.

Gaethje is 27-5 and remains one of the most proven lightweights of his era. He is a two-time interim UFC lightweight champion, a former BMF titleholder, and a former World Series of Fighting lightweight champion. His record includes 20 knockout wins, which is why nobody gets to treat him like a ceremonial challenger.

Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane Adds Heavyweight Stakes To The White House Card

The second official faceoff put Pereira across from Gane. The UFC posted the matchup as part of the same White House push, listing Pereira vs. Gane for June 14 on Paramount+.

Pereira is 13-3 in MMA. He is a former UFC middleweight champion and former two-time UFC light heavyweight champion. Before MMA, he held Glory kickboxing titles at middleweight and light heavyweight, making him one of the rare combat sports names with elite championship success across multiple rulesets.

Gane is 13-2 with one no contest in MMA. He is a former interim UFC heavyweight champion and former unbeaten Muay Thai fighter. His UFC résumé includes wins over Derrick Lewis, Tai Tuivasa, Serghei Spivac, and Alexander Volkov. Francis Ngannou has already favored Gane over Pereira, calling the matchup difficult for Pereira.

The UFC also released a combined White House clip featuring both matchups.

The card now has two clear championship anchors. Topuria vs. Gaethje gives UFC Freedom 250 an unbeaten champion against one of the most violent lightweights in UFC history. Pereira vs. Gane gives the heavyweight division another major title fight while Pereira continues his move up from the divisions he already conquered.

The White House setup has been building for weeks, from Donald Trump discussing arena construction to Dana White outlining a large public watch party around the event. Now the UFC has the first official faceoff visuals to sell both title fights.
