We’ve been trying to get an interview with Joachim Hansen for four years now and we’re always met with bizarre excuses like ‘since he’s from Norway, it’s hard getting in touch with him’. It wasn’t that hard to interview Fedor, Overeem, Dan Hardy or Melvin Manhoef — all of which are from different parts of the globe at the time. The agent (and you know who you are) has flaked on us at every available opportunity, yet we still try to pursue the interview because we’ve been fans of Hellboy ever since the guy submitted Miyata at Dynamite!! 2007. Note to ‘lame duck agent that is so obviously not doing his job’, get it together man. You’re hurting the fighter you represent.
Damn. Had to get that out there. My fingers feel better — relieved, like they were massaged by a maniacal rant. We don’t know where Hansen has been for the past two years. For all we know the guy took a privately-funded venture back in time to become king of a tribe of vikings. We do have evidence of his existence, however. Hellboy will be taking on Seo Doo-Won at Road FC in a featherweight bout on April 13th in Seoul, Korea. Check out the official trailer for the fight below — oh, and screw you North Korea.
