Every morning I am shocked out of dreamland by an anxiety inducing alarm clock screaming at 5AM. The only times this event is less brain rattling and annoying are rolling over to see drunk text messages on my phone, the scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting throughout my apartment and knowing it is finally payday. Today, unfortunately–is not one of those days. Meh.
After making it into work and having to watch and listen to an extremely loud and obnoxious blue-tooth wearing poofy haired woman pace back and forth in front of my office door for 12 minutes, I was pretty confident this day was headed straight for ruin. Luckily though, while I was resisting the urge to snatch her headset off her head and punt it out into the parking lot, I came across something pretty awesome on the UG.
It’s an extremely detailed MMA/Combat Sports event calendar that covers every inch of our planet. If there is an MMA event scheduled-you can be almost 97% sure it is on this Google calendar. If you are a Google user, you too can save this calendar and have access to detailed listings of fights happening all over the world. You can break things down by day, week, or even month to see what is coming up.
You can click on the event and get an even more detailed description of each event including the location, times and any links to the events promotors or where it can be viewed online. Very fun stuff. Thanks to some Douche on the UG (I’m not insulting him-that’s his screen name) I now have something to focus on other than hurling a piece of furniture at this loud talking woman’s head.
