Yes! yet again I found a way to incorporate amazing song lyrics into one of my posts. There are two places in the world I hope to never find myself. The first being stuck at a Carly Rae Jepsen concert ( unless I was backstage and I could mute her permanently ) the second worst place in the world to get stuck would be in a tie up with the martial arts legend Renzo Gracie.
Renzo is a decorated grappler and martial artist who has trained a laundry list of professional grapplers and fighters. What many people don’t realize is that he is a 6th degree BJJ Black Belt, Judo Blackbelt and a seasoned MMA vet that has well over 20 pro fights (not including the countless underground fights he’s had) the man knows what he’s doing. So let’s see how the legendary Renzo approaches breaking the Thai Clinch and then countering with a very simple takedown.
