Was UFC 200 a dream? After months of build-up UFC 200 occurred and did we all just watch it? Amanda Nunes is an UFC beltholder. Daniel Cormier laid on Anderson Silva; a lot. Brock Lesnar is wrestling Randy Orton at SummerSlam, but in the meantime he is crushing the hopes and dreams of our savior Mark Hunt.
MMA is so crazy sometimes that we’ve learned to never trust it at face value. Don’t take candy from MMA because it all just tastes like energy drinks and gym mats. UFC 200 is over but the never-ending 23 year story of MMA just keeps on spinning along. Thank you MMA for never having an offseason.
As always these our rumors that have been talked about behind closed doors between MMA higher ups, so take them as rumors.

- This might explain some things. Whispers in Vegas have made the rounds that Mark Hunt was battling a lower body injury leading up to his fight with Brock Lesnar. Pulling out of UFC 200 though was a never an option for the Super Samoan
- No more retirement? None other than Matt Hughes has been stating behind the scenes that he may be looking to fight one more time in the UFC. Hughes is getting in shape and has supposedly targeted the UFC’s New York show and Matt Serra as potential venue and location for his comeback
- Even more Reebok in our lives. In attempt to garner some good MMA PR, Reebok is not only sponsoring UFC fighters but also are now trying to move into sponsoring entire big name MMA fight camps or gyms. Look out for some well-known fight teams sporting all Reebok everything coming soon
- Remember UR Fight? The insanity that was UR Fight is trying to make Chael Sonnen vs. Wanderlei Silva finally happen, in some form or another, potentially at UR Fight 2 (or 3 or 4). Silva would be eligible for reinstatement from his ban on May 25, 2017.
- Maybe it’s not that crazy. Huge if true but there is a path to a CM Punk title shot somewhere in the Zuffa tealeaves. A lot would have to happen but if he beats Gall, then beats another UFC welterweight, then title shot could happen per sources……Or if Punk sneaks past a top 20 guy then its possible he falls into fast title shot, may also be a realistic option for UFC power brokers
- Krazy Horse (Now going by “Felony” Charles Bennett) has been signed to RIZIN for a 2-fight deal. He will fight Asen Yamamoto at the next RIZIN event in September. He’s also been training with the Diaz Brothers. You must fellow Felony on Periscope; he has morphed into a social media gem
