Max Holloway Hits 155-Lbs For Tomorrow’s Fight Against Dustin Poirier
UFC 236 Pay-Per-View MMA event is set to go down tomorrow night (April 13, 2019) from inside State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. In the main headliner current UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway leaped up to 155-pound to clash against formal rival Dustin Poirier for an interim lightweight title.
Back in 2012 ‘The Diamond‘ defeated ‘Blessed‘ via first-round submission at UFC 193. Tomorrow’s victory will put either contender into a title unification bout against Khabib Nurmagomedov later this year.
Meanwhile the co-main features another interim championship where middleweight hitter Kelvin Gastelum will face off rising prospect Israel Adesanya.
Earlier today promotion held UFC 236 weigh-ins where all the fighters made their way to scale for tomorrow night’s bout.
