Hellboy Hansen vs. Bibiano Fernandes slated for the Dream FW belt

Some of you may remember Bibiano Fernandes from such MMA fights as ‘Make Joe Warren tap via armbar, give him the finger and then run out of the arena while giving him the finger again‘ and ‘Circle around Masakazu Imanari while he sits down in the middle of the Yokohama Arena‘. Bibiano Fernandes grabbed the split decision over Hiroyuki Takaya on October 6th to strap the Dream Featherweight Grand Prix belt around his 138lb frame. That same night, Joe Warren told everyone who could understand English that in fact he didn’t tap. Months have passed, Super Hulks have been awarded, and now Dream wants to see if Bibiano can randomly throw another finger in someone’s face.

According to Five Ounces of Pain, Bibiano Fernandes will square off with Joachim ‘Hellboy’ Hansen for the ultimate bout of Japanese featherweight supremacy. The Dream featherweight belt will probably be up for grabs at Dream 13 along with a likely bout between Kawajiri and Aoki for the Dream lightweight belt. The same lightweight belt Joachim Hansen nearly grabbed if he could have withstood the pain from Aoki’s armbar for only four more seconds at the end of the second round. But hey, it’s better than having your friggin arm broken. [Source]
